Cohorts are kept deliberately small and are delivered twice a year, so we can give every ATP proper attention as they join the Conversations that matter!® team.

When is your next train the trainer cohort?
Cohorts run twice a year, in March and September, so there’s always a clear point to plan around if you’re looking to join.
What's the process to apply as an ATP?
Start by joining the waitlist, and from there we’ll arrange a call to make sure it’s the right fit on both sides. Once that’s confirmed, a £500 deposit secures your place, with the balance payable through a payment plan of up to six months. A contract is put in place before you begin.
