I started my career in hospitality, where I learned quickly that great communication and great customer service go hand in hand.

I went on to become Head of Learning and Development for a FTSE 100 household name, leading a shift from command and control to a coaching culture.

I no longer serve food and drink, but for over 20 years I’ve continued to fly the flag for great communication as a coach, coach mentor, coach supervisor and leadership development specialist. Working across the public and private sectors, I design programmes that create brave spaces for honest, two-way conversations, building trust, psychological safety and lasting change.
