Michelle’s purpose is to make a difference in the world through coaching and developing leaders and others to realise their potential. She has held business and HR roles across a broad range of disciplines. Developing others is at her core, daring to dream with people despite the limiting beliefs they and others have placed on them. Michelle has experience in internal coaching within an organisational system and building the foundations of a global internal coaching faculty. Michelle is a Professional Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
