Suzanne Hayes-Jones

Suzanne’s purpose is to bring a coaching mindset to everyday conversations helping people to connect with humanity and compassion. She undertook her first coach training in 1998 when, as Head of Learning and Development for a FTSE 100 company, she was tasked with changing their organisational culture from directing to coaching and hadn’t a clue what that meant.

Since that first training, she has coached many leaders, mentored many coaches and in the last 10 years, has worked alongside organisations to create culture change through bringing a coaching mindset to leadership through designing ‘Leader as Coach’ programmes and developing internal coach faculty.

She continues to work with coaches to bring more humanity to their practice and is now working with training providers to share her methodology for ‘Leader as Coach’ style training.

Starting out as an internal coach she became a consultant coach in 2004 went on to develop as a coach mentor and in 2015 became a qualified coach supervisor. Suzanne holds a Masters in Coaching and Development and is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
